Adventure Flights Unlimited offers a range of adventure flights in an ex-Russian Air Force Yak52. The Yak is powered by a 360hp supercharged radial engine and is capable of performing every aerobatic manoeuvre. Your flight takes place from the Kyneton Airfield, Metcalfe Road Kyneton. Your adventure begins with a briefing covering details of your planned flight; safety aspects, and the operation of the aircraft...before being taken to the aircraft. Each of the Adventures involves around 45 minutes of “engine” time in the aircraft; of which around 30 minutes is spent airborne. You can choose an Adventure Flight to suit your taste; whether you want to experience the panorama of the Macedon Ranges whilst enjoying the thrill of flying in a real “Warbird”, or you want the total adrenalin rush of an aerobatic flight; from Mild to Wild – it’s your choice.
